For organisations
Sleep at work
Sleep and work have a two-way relationship.
How we sleep affects how we think, feel, make decisions and work with other people. And our working lives can affect how we sleep.
I work with organisations to make sleep and circadian science relevant to the realities of working life.

Sleep and leadership
Sleep matters for leaders too — both in how they function and in the working environment they help to create.
Their own sleep can affect how they make decisions, communicate and respond to other people. And through the expectations they set, the behaviour they model and the way work is organised, leaders can influence the sleep of the people they work with.
Sleep leadership brings an understanding of sleep into leadership and workplace wellbeing.
How I work with organisations
My work begins with understanding your organisation and what you are looking for.
Different working environments bring different demands. What matters in a law firm, healthcare setting or consultancy may not be the same.
I deliver talks, workshops and leadership sessions, tailored to the audience and context.
My work includes sleep and workplace wellbeing, sleep leadership, sleep and performance, women’s sleep, stress and sleep, and circadian health.
I make sleep science useful in the context of people’s working lives.
Selected work
I have worked with organisations across professional services, healthcare, education and the charity sector, including international companies and universities.
